Want to feel like you are on vacation every day? The DBR Clubhouse Resort is an exclusive retreat built for the pleasure, relaxation, and enjoyment of our residents. Nearly a full acre of land provides plenty of parking as well as a small scenic lake with a water fountain, waterfall, and observation bridge. The clubhouse includes an indoor, heated pool, eight-person hot tub, and fitness center. Outside you can relax on the sundeck or enjoy a picnic out back under the shade of umbrella-tables and beautiful trees. Come join the fun. “It’s all for you!”

The over 5,000 sq. ft. clubhouse building offers something for everyone at every age. Our fitness center includes equipment for all of your needs or wants. After a good workout, step into the 18’ x 36’ heated, indoor pool for a few laps or just for the fun of it. The eight-person hot tub is a favorite for most with the comfortable 100º water and powerful jets to massage your worries away. The game room includes air hockey and foosball for some fun competition.
Outside
Come soak up the warm summer sun on our spacious sun deck overlooking the lake with the gentle sound of the fountain to relax to. If the sun gets too hot, you are only twelve steps from the pool. Play a game of basketball or get together a team for Wiffle ball. Some even have just as much fun watching! Umbrella tables, a picnic table, and park bench offer comfort for some shady relaxation for when you are tired of resting!
